Does lumireiki offer returns?

It depends. All sale items and items marked "customized" are not returnable. In addition, due to limited inventory and the rarity of many crystals, some crystals are final sale (details will be noted at the bottom of the product page description).
We typically offer returns on bracelets, necklaces, and most crystals within 30 days of the date your package was delivered (unless otherwise stated in the details on the product page or purchased during a sale/promotion/man-made damage).

How do I start the return process?

To request a return:
Go to our website and log in to your account.
Navigate to the order you want to return and click on it.
There will be a "Request Return" button in the upper right corner.
Click the button and fill out the follow-up questions.
Once completed, our customer service team will review your request and approve or deny it.If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a shipping label to ship your item back to our warehouse.We will send you the return address and return instructions. The order number should be clearly written on the label or outside of the box.
Prepaid Label: You can return items using the return label we provide (prepaid) or the shipping method of your choice. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the items.However, if you choose to exchange an item, we will cover the shipping costs of sending the new item back to you. Please note that direct exchanges are only available for full-priced items. International taxes, duties and shipping costs included in the order are not refundable.

When do I need to ship my items back to lumireiki?

Once we provide the return address, please return your items within seven (7) business days. Items returned after seven days will not be exchanged or refunded.

Return Processing and Refunds

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it usually takes 7 days (in rare cases it may take up to 14 days) to process your request. During this time, our warehouse staff will verify and record all items you sent.
Once we receive confirmation from the warehouse, we will contact you by email to confirm that your return has been received and complete the return process.
Note: Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If the item you return is damaged or defective, only a partial refund will be given (depending on the circumstances).
Please also note that Lumireiki gift cards are non-refundable. Please note that taxes, duties and shipping charges are non-refundable for all countries.

Damaged Items

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item at service@lumireiki.com.
Customer service will refund the customer based on the cause of the damage: if the product is damaged due to force majeure such as logistics or weather, the customer will be refunded after verification, and the customer will be reassured that the gift card subsidy or discount code subsidy will be given priority to promote another order. (At the same time, contact the logistics company to verify the situation and request compensation.)
If the crystal cracks or the bracelet breaks within 7 days of receiving the product, in addition to the possibility that it has completed its mission, it may also indicate that it has prevented disaster or financial loss for you. This is a manifestation of "protecting the master" energy. The crystal absorbs negative energy, causing itself to break. Don't feel frustrated or worried, but be grateful. This means that it has done its duty, guarding you and keeping you safe. You can bury the broken crystal bracelet in the soil, thank it for everything it has done for you, and pray that it can transform negative energy into positive energy and return to the earth. At the same time, please buy a new crystal bracelet as soon as possible to replace it.
